Where is the event being held?

What time does the event start and end?

Doors open at 8:30am | Start: 9:00am sharp | Finish: 3:30pm

Do I need any coding experience?

None. The morning session with Sarah uses Claude CoWork - no code, just prompts and clicks. The afternoon session with Carly walks you step by step through Claude Code with everything pre-set up. If you can follow a recipe, you can do this.

What do I need to bring?

Your laptop, your charger, a willingness to actually build things, and your pre-work done. The pre-work video (sent when you book) walks you through the 20-minute setup: downloading Claude desktop, setting up a Telegram account, creating a folder of photos of yourself, and getting your LinkedIn developer key. Do not skip the pre-work - it's the difference between hitting the ground running and spending the first hour sorting tech.

I'm not on the Gold Coast - can I still access this?

Yes. A full recording of the day will be available for purchase as a replay. That said, the in-person experience - live troubleshooting, walking the room with Sarah and Carly, and the "no escape" energy of being in the room - is the whole point. If you're within driving distance, come.

What Claude plan do I need?

We recommend upgrading to Claude Pro for the day ($30 USD/month). We will be building a lot and running many requests. You can downgrade the next day again. The day will more than pay for the upgrade.

What website platforms do you cover for the blog automation?

WordPress and Tekmatix (GoHighLevel) are the main platforms covered. Wix and other platforms with an available API can also be connected - check with Carly if you're unsure about yours.

Is this recorded? Can I get a replay if I can't attend?

Yes - a full recording of the day will be available. We're not live streaming on the day (so the energy in the room stays focused), but a high-quality recording will be captured and available for purchase separately.

What's the difference between this and just watching YouTube tutorials?

You've probably already watched YouTube tutorials. The difference is that in this room, you can't get distracted, you can't pause and never come back, and when something doesn't work, there are two experts in the room helping you fix it on the spot. Implementation beats information every time.

What happens after I buy a ticket?

You'll get an immediate confirmation with a pre-work video and checklist. Complete the pre-work before the day and you'll hit the ground running. Full event details and venue address will be sent as soon as the venue is confirmed (very shortly - listing as "Central Gold Coast" until locked in).

Can I get a refund?

Due to this being an in-person event that comes with the overheads of room hire, in-person delivery, catering bookings, and all the preparation that comes with an in-person event, there are no refunds available for this workshop at all. We're committed to delivering on everything promised on this page and work hard to make sure every person leaves with working automations. If you purchase a ticket and cannot make it in person, you may transfer your ticket to somebody else or simply benefit from the professional recording that you will be sent afterwards.
