The Demo

Here is what this actually looks like on a Tuesday morning

Right now

It is 9am. You have decided today’s post is about resilience.

|   |   |

The cursor blinks. And blinks. And blinks.

You know you have lived through about fifteen things that would prove the point beautifully. You cannot name a single one.

After this workshop

Now here is the same Tuesday.

You open the bot we are going to build together, and you type this:

“I want to write a Facebook post about resilience today. Find me a story from my life where I showed resilience that my audience would relate to, and give me the date and the context.”

And it comes back with three of your own stories. Dated. With the details. With what you learned.

Not invented. Not generic. Not somebody else’s anecdote you half-remember from a podcast.

Yours.

Sarah Cordiner sitting among old photo albums, diaries and loose photographs, reading a single photo

You pick one, add your voice and your lesson, and the post is written before your coffee has gone cold.

That is the whole point of this workshop. We build you the archive, and then we build you the bot that reaches into it on command.

Sound Familiar?

You have got a brilliant story for this. You just cannot remember it.

We have all done it.

You sit down to write the blog. Or the email. Or the keynote. Or the caption. And you know... you absolutely KNOW... that something happened to you once that would make this point land perfectly.

And you cannot for the life of you remember what it was, when it happened, or who was there.

So you write the generic version instead. Again.

And even on the days when the memory DOES surface, you are still stuck trying to work out:

  • When it actually happened
  • Who was involved
  • What you were doing at the time
  • What you actually learned from it
  • Whether you have already told this story publicly
  • Whether it is even appropriate to share

By the time you have worked all that out, you have lost the morning.

Here is what most of us are quietly dealing with:

  • We are teaching the same topics as everyone else in our niche, and the only thing that actually separates us is our lived experience... which is currently locked in a brain that has other things going on.
  • Our AI-assisted content is starting to sound like everyone else’s AI-assisted content. Same structure, same tidy little listicles, no soul, no scars, no proof we were ever actually there.
  • Decades of material is scattered everywhere. Old Google Drive folders. Dead email accounts. Facebook memories. Camera rolls. Boxes of paper diaries you have dragged from house to house and never opened.
  • We are getting older and the details are fading. The dates. The names. The order things happened in. The bits that made the story funny.
  • The job feels so enormous that we never start. Where do you even begin when the brief is “document your entire life”?

And the cost of that? Every single day, we publish content that could have been unforgettable, and it comes out forgettable instead.

Your Lived Experience Is Intellectual Property

Your knowledge can be copied. Your experiences cannot.

Somebody else in your niche teaches roughly what you teach. We all know it and we all pretend we do not.

Your frameworks matter. Your qualifications matter. Your strategies matter. But every one of those can be studied, rebuilt, reworded or prompted into existence by someone with a decent AI and an afternoon.

What cannot be recreated is the actual life that taught you the thing.

Your stories are the only part of your business that answers:

  • Why you care about this in the first place
  • Why you teach it the way you teach it
  • Why your method exists at all
  • Why you see the problem differently to everyone else selling the same solution
  • Why you are the person delivering this message and not somebody cheaper

That is not soft, fluffy branding stuff. That is the asset. And right now, for most of us, it is stored in a place with no search function and a rapidly deteriorating index.

The Turning Point

This was never a memory problem. It was a filing problem.

Here is the thing... none of us were ever taught to keep our own lives in a searchable format.

We were taught to document our businesses. Our finances. Our processes. Nobody sat us down and said “by the way, the single most commercially valuable asset you will ever own is a dated, organised record of everything you have lived through.”

So we did not build one. And then AI arrived, and suddenly the ONLY thing that cannot be copied, scraped, prompted or replicated is the exact life you have lived.

I have been telling my students for years that there are two documents every business owner needs before AI can be useful to them: a company dossier (all the facts about your business) and a strategic plan (so your AI knows where you are heading).

I was wrong. There are three.

The third one is your memoir. Your biographical timeline. And it is the one that changes everything.

I finally built mine over one weekend using Claude CoWork. Three days. Forty-odd years. And what came out of it genuinely floored me.

Let me show you exactly how to build yours.

Introducing

Million Dollar Memories

A 90-minute live workshop where we build your biographical memoir timeline with AI... and then automate it so it keeps building itself forever.

This is not a journalling exercise. This is not “write your life story one day when you retire.”

This is a working business asset. A dated, structured, searchable, permission-tagged archive of your own life that sits in your Google Drive and connects to your AI, so that any time you are creating anything, you can say: “go and find me a story from my timeline that fits this topic” and get three options in about four seconds.

The method we will use is The Living Life Archive Method, and it has three moves:

Move 01

Extract

Get your AI to build the skeleton timeline from what it already knows about you, then send it into your Google Drive, your email and your calendar to fill in the dates, the events and the evidence you have forgotten you even had.

Move 02

Interrogate

Get your AI to turn around and ask YOU hundreds of questions, targeted specifically at the gaps and the thin years, so you are never staring at a blank page wondering where to start. You just talk. It files.

Move 03

Automate

Build a skill and a scheduled task that keeps feeding the archive every single day, so it grows on its own instead of becoming another thing you started once.

Sarah Cordiner holding a bound book titled An Autobiographical Memoir Timeline For Sarah Cordiner, 1985 to Timeless

By the end of the 90 minutes you will have:

  • A live biographical timeline document in your own Google Drive, already populated and already useful
  • Your AI connected to your Drive, your email and your calendar so it can keep mining for material
  • A tagging system that marks what is verified fact, what is your memory, what is safe to publish and what must never leave the document
  • A repeatable way to turn old Facebook memories, paper diaries and photo archives into dated, searchable entries
  • An automation running that adds to your archive daily, without you having to remember to do it

Is This For Me?

Let’s make sure this is actually for you

This is for you if:

  • You are a coach, consultant, speaker, educator, trainer, course creator or service business owner, and your personal brand IS your business
  • You create content regularly... blogs, social posts, emails, videos, webinars, workshops, keynotes... and you want it to stop sounding like everyone else’s
  • You are already using AI in your business and you are ready to give it the one input that will actually make it sound like you
  • You like being ahead of the pack, and you get a little thrill out of building something before everyone else catches on
  • You will actually open the laptop and do it, rather than watching the replay and filing it under “later”
  • You want to leave a proper record behind for your family, not just your business

This is NOT for you if:

  • You want someone else to do it for you. Nobody else on earth can. That is the entire point.
  • You are a perfectionist who will refuse to start until you can do it flawlessly. This archive gets built messy and improves forever.
  • You are looking for a done-for-you template that requires no thinking about your own life
  • You are not willing to have an honest conversation with yourself about your own history
What’s Included

Here is everything included

01

The 90-Minute Live Workshop

We build it together, live, on the day. Screens shared, nothing hidden. You follow along in your own account and leave with a working timeline, not a page of notes about one.

So you can finish the session with the asset actually built, instead of another to-do.

02

The Master Memoir Prompt

The exact starting prompt I used to get my AI to build a chronological life timeline from scratch, including the fact-versus-memory tagging system and the publish-versus-private classification.

So you can start the whole thing with one paste instead of a fortnight of trial and error.

03

The Auto-Update Skill Prompt

The second prompt. This is the one that builds you a reusable skill so your AI keeps adding to your archive forever, on its own, in the right chronological place.

So your memoir becomes a living document rather than a weekend project you never touch again.

04

The Gap-Filling Question Bank

The interrogation prompts that make your AI ask YOU the right questions about the thin years and the half-told stories, so you never sit there staring at a blank decade.

So you can just walk, talk and voice-type your way through the gaps.

05

My Company Dossier Template

The first of the three documents every AI-powered business needs. Yours, ready to fill in.

So your AI stops guessing about your business and starts getting the facts right.

06

The Strategic Plan Question Set

The second document. Every question you need to answer so your AI knows not just where you have been, but where you are going.

So every piece of content your AI helps you make is pointed at your actual goals.

07

The Connection Walkthrough

Step by step, on screen: connecting your AI to Google Drive, to your email, and to your calendar. Plus the search strategies for mining old files and old inboxes for material you had completely forgotten about.

So the tech bit is done and dusted, even if you would not call yourself technical.

08

The Analogue Archive Workflow

How to turn Facebook memories, paper diaries, old photographs and physical keepsakes into dated digital entries in your timeline.

So the boxes in your garage finally become usable business assets.

09

The Full Recording

Yours to rewatch as many times as you like.

So you can build alongside me at your own pace afterwards.

The Transformation

Picture what this looks like in three months

You are writing a keynote. You type one line to your AI:

“find me a story from my timeline about a time I completely misjudged a situation and had to fix it.”

Three options come back. Dated. Detailed. All yours. You pick one and keep writing.

You are recording a video and you want an opening story. Same thing. Four seconds.

You are writing your book, and your entire life is already chaptered and chronological, sitting there waiting for you.

Somebody asks you a question on a podcast about the hardest year of your business, and you have the actual dates, the actual numbers and the actual details, instead of a vague “oh, that would have been a few years back.”

And once the archive exists, it feeds everything:

Blog posts. Emails. LinkedIn and Facebook posts. Keynote presentations. Webinars. Workshops. Course lessons. Podcast interviews. Sales pages. Your book. Your videos. And eventually, a family keepsake that has nothing to do with business at all.

One asset. Every channel. Forever.

Your content stops sounding like content and starts sounding like a person.

People start telling you they feel like they know you. Then they start tagging you in groups as the person to go to. Then they start booking you.

And on a quieter note... you have a document your kids will one day be able to read. All of it. The adventures, the disasters, the resilience, the things you were proud of and never said out loud.

That part is not a business benefit. It is just the reason a lot of us will actually do it.

About Your Host

Hi, I’m Sarah Cordiner

I have spent over twenty years helping people commercialise what is in their heads.

I have taught in prisons and in boardrooms. I have built training programmes for people who had been told they were unemployable, and I have built tech for business owners who had been told they were not technical. Same job, really... showing people that the thing they already have is worth far more than they think it is.

I am the founder and CEO of Tekmatix, the all-in-one business and course creation platform. I run the Legends Lab. I host The Sarah Cordiner Show. I am postgraduate-qualified in education and curriculum design, and I have picked up a fair few awards along the way including the Australian Achiever Awards, the Titan Business Awards, the Globee Awards and the Stevie Awards.

But the reason I am teaching this particular workshop is much simpler.

I finally built my own memoir timeline over one weekend, and it turned out to be the single most valuable document in my business. I have got forty years of material now sitting in a Google Doc, indexed, dated and instantly searchable by my AI. Every blog, every talk, every post I write from here on has my actual life in it.

I only wish I had built it fifteen years ago. So I am not letting you wait fifteen years.

Now let me show you how to build yours.

Bonuses

Three things you also get to keep

Bonus 01

The Company Dossier Template

The complete template for document number one of the AI trio. Every fact about your business in one place, formatted so your AI can actually use it.

So you stop re-explaining your own business to your AI every time you open a new chat.

Bonus 02

The Strategic Plan Question Set

Document number two. All the questions, ready to answer, so your AI knows where you are heading and can point every piece of content at it.

So your content stops being random and starts being strategic.

Bonus 03

The Auto-Update Skill Prompt

The prompt that turns this from a weekend project into a permanent system. Build it once, and your archive keeps growing on its own.

So this is the last time you ever have to “start” your memoir.

What I will promise you

I will not promise you an income figure, because nobody honest can.

What I will promise is this: if you turn up on the day with your laptop open and follow along, you will finish the session with a real, working, populated timeline document in your own Google Drive. Not a plan to build one. The actual thing.

And if you join the Legends Lab and decide it is not for you, there is no lock-in contract. You cancel any time.

Digital content is non-refundable once accessed, so please read what is included and make sure it is right for you before you join.

Live Once

The live build happens once

Wednesday 16 September 2026. Live online. 90 minutes.

--Days
--Hours
--Minutes
--Seconds

Until we build it together

The recording exists forever, but the live session does not. Building this thing WITH me, being able to stop me and ask “wait, what do I type when it says X”, is a completely different experience to watching me do it.

And there is a slightly more uncomfortable version of the urgency here, which I will say plainly: the material does not get easier to retrieve with time. Every year you wait, the details get thinner.

FAQs

Your questions, answered

Is this online or in person?

Online. Live, 90 minutes, on Wednesday 16 September 2026. You will get the joining link once you are registered.

What if I cannot make it live?

You still get the full recording, plus every prompt, template and bonus. Plenty of people build theirs afterwards alongside the replay. Coming live is better if you can, purely because you can ask questions in the moment.

Do I need to be technical?

No. If you can open a Google Doc and copy and paste a block of text, you can do this. I walk through every connection step on screen, slowly, and I do not skip the bit where it goes wrong.

Which AI do I need? ChatGPT or Claude?

Either works. I will demonstrate in Claude CoWork because that is what I used to build mine and the file handling is excellent, but the prompts and the method work in ChatGPT too, and I will show you how to adapt them.

Do I need Tekmatix to do this?

No. This workshop needs an AI tool and a Google account. Tekmatix will make your life easier for the marketing you create off the back of it, but it is not required for the build.

Is my private information safe?

That is exactly why the tagging system is built into the method. Every entry gets classified: safe to publish, personal but shareable, or never leaves the document. You decide what is what, and your AI respects it. You stay in control of your own accounts, your own permissions and what you choose to upload, and I will walk you through the settings to check before you connect anything.

What about stories that involve other people?

This is the question I take most seriously, and we spend real time on it. Plenty of my own best stories are legally and ethically unpublishable because of who else is in them, and yours will be too. The classification system exists precisely for this. Recording a story privately in your own archive is not the same as having permission to publish it, and we will go through how to mark those, how to think about consent and confidentiality, and how to tell a true story without putting yourself in a defamation mess. If something is genuinely contentious, get proper legal advice before it goes anywhere public.

What do I need to prepare before the day?

Not much. Have your AI account ready (ChatGPT or Claude), your Google account logged in, and a blank Google Doc. If you want to go further on the day, have your Facebook Memories to hand and dig one box of old diaries or photos out of the cupboard. That is genuinely it. You do not need to have prepared any content in advance.

Do I need a paid AI plan?

Yes, realistically. The file connections and the automation we build are paid-tier features on both ChatGPT and Claude, and the exact capabilities shift depending on your plan and region. I will tell you plainly on the day what each one can and cannot do rather than pretending they are identical.

My life is not that interesting. Is this still worth doing?

This is the single most common thing people say, and it is almost always wrong. What feels ordinary to you is fascinating and useful to somebody five steps behind you. That is the whole basis of the education business.

How long does the whole build take?

The live session gets you a working timeline. Mine took about three days of on-and-off talking to get properly meaty, and it keeps growing. But you are useful from day one, and the automation does the heavy lifting from there.

I already use ChatGPT every day. Will I learn anything?

Yes, and mostly in the automation section. Very few people are running a skill plus a scheduled task that maintains a document for them without being asked. That part alone is worth the seat.

Is this therapy?

No, and I want to be clear about that. Some people find laying their history out chronologically genuinely illuminating, and I did. But this is a business and legacy exercise, not health advice, not counselling, and not a substitute for professional support. If your history includes things that are heavy to look at, please look after yourself and get proper support around you.

Can I get a refund?

Digital content is non-refundable once accessed. Please read what is included above and make sure this is right for you.

Is the Legends Lab locked in for a minimum term?

No. It is $149 AUD a month, no contract, and you can cancel whenever you like.

Last Word

There is nobody on earth who knows your stories except you

That is the whole thing, really.

Everything else in your business can be copied. Your offers, your framework, your funnels, your niche, your tone of voice. Somebody with a decent prompt can get most of the way there.

Your life cannot be copied. And right now, for most of us, it is also not written down anywhere useful.

And here is what you do NOT need in order to start.

You do not need a tidy Google Drive. You do not need to have written a book. You do not need to think of yourself as a storyteller. You do not need to remember everything before you arrive, or have your diaries sorted, or know where to begin.

You need a life you have already lived, and ninety minutes on 16 September.

That is the entire entry requirement.

PS 1: The membership is $149 a month and includes this workshop plus the entire library and the monthly coaching calls. The workshop on its own is $197. I am not going to pretend that is a hard maths problem, but I did want to make sure you had spotted it.

PS 2: If you cannot make the live session, you still get everything. The recording, the prompts, the templates, the bonuses. Nothing is withheld from replay watchers.

PS 3: I have dragged boxes of paper diaries around the world for thirty years without ever knowing what I was going to do with them. Turns out I was just waiting for the technology to catch up. If you have got boxes too, this is the workshop where they finally become useful.
